Description
Potter PAD300-IM – Addressable Isolator Module
The Potter PAD300-IM Isolator Module is an addressable isolator designed to enhance the reliability of fire alarm systems by protecting the Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) from short circuit faults. When a fault is detected, the module automatically isolates the affected section of the loop, allowing the rest of the system to continue operating normally.
This module does not require an address, making installation simple while still drawing power from the SLC loop. It is commonly used in Class A, B, and X wiring configurations to segment circuits and limit the impact of wiring issues.
